         How does it work? 
Here's one scenario.
Say you own an auto repair shop. You have done repairs on a vehicle. You billed the owner and asked him to come and pick up his vehicle and pay you for your work. The customer has not come to pick it up and you have not been paid. Your solution is to put a lien on the car. You call us. We do the paperwork, contact the legal owner, the registered owner and DMV. Then we prepare the lien papers for you. If the owner has not claimed the car in 31 days, you are free to sell, change title, auction or otherwise dispose of the car. You can charge the buyer for the lien, your storage fees and your repairs. Or, you can keep the car yourself.  Either way you get to recoup the money you put into the car.

You tell a friend that he can store his car on your property for a while. It's been more than a while and now you cannot find your friend. You've called, emailed, sent a carrier pidgeon, and still no friend. You are tired of having that car in your yard. What to do?  You call us. We will contact all the parties who have an interest in the car and DMV that a lien sale is pending on that vehicle. We prepare all the necessary legal paperwork. If no one claims the vehicle after 31 days, you can transfer the title to your name and either keep it or sell it.  We'll even handle the registration for you, if you want.
